We provide free shipping on orders over $75.00 to all retail orders within the United States. You have the option to choose another shipping service upon checkout at an additional cost. Dinosaur Egg uses USPS and/or UPS for all retail orders in the United States. We ship orders within 1-3 business days from the time it is ordered. This shipping time does not include holidays and weekends. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated from the courier. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive unless an upgraded shipping option was selected at checkout.

Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns if the product has been opened or the tamper evident seal is broken.

Dinosaur Egg accepts the responsibility to pay the return shipping if the return is the result of a mistake on our part (ex. you received incorrect item, defective item, etc.). For any unopened items, you may return in new and unused condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

We strive to be as fair as possible regarding products that were received damaged, or as a result of a mistake. In the rare event that you receive a defective item, we will ship a replacement to you immediately. Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 14 days from the date you have received your order. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and if you feel there is an error, please submit a request to nick@dinosauregg.biz.

Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must include all items that come with your item. If still available please include the packaging that your item came in.

All returns are subject to case by case exceptions. Please contact us if you are having a problem with your items and we will do our best to help you.

Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Please include your name, contact information and order number. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking.
